Teaching Diploma in Dubai

Diploma in Education is for anybody aged 19 and above who wants to work in education or train employees. You do not have to be in a teaching position. The course is designed to provide you the information and abilities you need to work with individuals or groups in an area where you are technically proficient. After completing this certification, you will be able to enter the education sector with extra organisational needs and assist the evaluation process. The programme involves roughly 120 hours of study spread out over a maximum of 12 months.

The following units are covered in this course:

Module 1:

Understanding roles, responsibilities and relation ships in education and training.

Module 2:

a. Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in
education and training.
b. Facilitate learning and development of individuals
c. Facilitate learning and development of groups

Module 3:

a. Understanding assessment in education and training
b. Understanding the principles and practices of assessment.

Written assignments, class discussion participation, group activities, microteaching
sessions, and lesson plan generations for specific topics will be used to assess students.

Further from that, intensive training in classroom management, teaching tactics, and
lesson planning will be provided.
